I had a burned signal bulb out. Called for a replacement bulb. I was advised that they were busy with appointments. I explained that I could not be there in the afternoon as I was taking my wife to a hospital appointment at 12:30. Ferber's said to bring it right over. Seeing that this was the 4th bulb that I replaced by others, they discovered that the bulb socket was damaged and they had the part in stock. I couldn't have asked for greater service. Thank you. Took my vehicle in to have a diagnostic test run - not only were they able to fit me in quickly, but they were also knowledgeable of a service bulletin issued by honda that would allow me to have the issue fixed free of charge to me. Grateful for the integrity of this business. They have always been consistent, but I especially feel grateful for their help thus time around.

I have been going to Ferber's for 12 + year. I refer everyone I know to them. The service is quality.. The staff is always nice and very accommodating. They are top notch in my book. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend this place! Month got away from me and needed to get my inspection. They fit me in right away, and didn't do the "oh you also need x and y." They are the only service station I trust to be honest with me. The staff were all professional and concise in explaining things. The place was also very clean. This is our go to place for car service, and we have recommended them to several friends who have also been impressed.

Great shop. Great service. Good people. They are honest and transparent, and never push work that doesn't need done. More than once I have taken a vehicle in and received a call telling me everything is fine. From tires to head gaskets and timing belts, they've handled all my work for the past 12 years. They've worked on my Buick, Jeep, and Honda vehicles, and I know they can handle anything I send their way. I also appreciate that they are a shop that gives back to our community.
