I truly believe nothing just happens. I was traveling to Charlotte when my car cut off on 95 South in Ashland, Va. and had to be towed. I Googled automotive shops, Ferber’s came up. An extremely pleasant gentleman answered the phone and tried to find a shop closer to where I was, but they couldn’t fit me in so he told me to bring the car to him. When we arrived, the place was very clean. The man on the phone Mr. Ricky greeted me with a warm smile. Katie was a sweetheart as well. We felt at ease and knew he would point us in the right direction. His mechanics were very thorough. I had my car towed back to Baltimore, but Mr. Ricky and his staff went above and beyond to make our visit to Ferber’s as painless as possible. The bathroom was the prettiest automotive bathroom I’d ever seen. It took a while to get things in order to get back on the road, but Mr. Ricky and Katie made us so comfortable that it felt like we knew them forever. He also directed us to the Industrial Taphouse where the food was amazing. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and hospitality. When I go back to the Industrial Taphouse, I will pop in to say hello. Thank you Mr. Ricky and Katie. God bless.
Thank you so much for the kind review Michelle. We're sorry to hear about issues on your way down south, but we're glad we could make the best of a bad situation. We're pleased to hear that Ricky and Katie were able to help you on your journey! If you're ever in Virginia again, Ferber's has your back!
